Methodolody
In the Wasila Program, we follow the prophetic model of giving. Making aid easy, and dignified now, while working to reach self-sufficiency.
100% of donations given specifically to the Wasila Program go directly towards the recipients. All overhead costs are covered by MCA general funds, and are kept to a minimum.
Efficency
As was narrated by the prophet (pbuh) it is our responsibility to find the poor and aid them, and not wait for them to ask. Wasila keeps the situation of recipients private and maintains their public dignity.
Dignity
The prophet (pbuh) encouraged that those who are in need, work to provide themselves rather than be dependent on aid. Our goal is to help those in need secure the income to provide for themselves and exit poverty.
Self-Suffiency
